Important information about changes to your act. account

Why is act. closing?

act. has been helping people bank for good since 2014, helping to raise more than $360,000 for community minded projects around Australia.

We’re so proud of what we’ve achieved with our customers’ support, but as our parent company, Community Sector Banking reshapes for the future, unfortunately the time has come to close. We want to take this opportunity to thank our customers, supporters and project activators.

What date will the changes take effect?

act. will close on 28 February 2018. After this date, the website, including our crowdfunding platform will be unavailable. All important information regarding current act. accounts will still be available on the Community Sector Banking website under the act. tab's ‘what will happen to my account(s)?’

What will happen to my impact dollars?

Any unpledged impact dollars will be distributed on your behalf to the projects live as at 28 February 2018 on letsact.com.au. We encourage you to donate your impact dollars to the project of your choice before that date.
